How do I contact iLoveDeals.co.nz?

If you need to contact us, simply send an email to enquiries@ilovedeals.co.nz stating the nature of your enquiry along with your contact details and we will reply as soon as possible.

Where are you based?

We have a distribution warehouse based out of Auckland.

How do I join and does it cost anything?

Registering/creating an account with ilovedeals.co.nz is absolutely free and easy to do. Just click "Register Now" on the home page, enter your details and click on "submit". Register Now

I missed out on a product, can I still buy it?

No, sorry. Once the deals have expired or sold out, that's it. The same product may come up for sale again and if you register with us, you can find out what's coming in advance. Register Now

Why are there limits on how much I can buy?

To ensure everyone has a chance at getting a great deal, we may impose limits on how many you can buy.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No, we only deliver to residential and business physical addresses.

Are all your products new?

Yes, unless otherwise stated, all our products are brand new in the packet/box and come with the manufacturers or 12month return-to-base warranty.

Will you offer a product for sale more than once?

If there is demand and we can source the stock then we may offer it again, although we cannot guarantee it will be at the same price.

When do I get to see the deals?

New deals are offered at 11am every day and will remain on sale until 11:00am the following day, unless sold out prior. However, if you register with us, you will get a daily VIP e-mail letting you know what deals are on the way. Register Now

How do I update my details?

After you've "logged in" to the ilovdeals website, click on "update my details". Once you've made your changes, click on the "submit" button. A message will pop up on screen once your records have been updated. For security reasons, you cannot edit all fields.

Is it safe for me to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, shopping on the website is safe. When you buy from us your credit card details are encrypted. We also do not store any credit card information.
